We operate in 04 business verticals they are:

1. Transportation: With its own and associated fleet, the company transports coal from ports, refineries, and collieries to various plants. We provide end-to-end coal transportation services through a combination of RCR, rail, road
2. Fleet and machinery: We own and operate a wide range of heavy-duty mining and construction equipment, including JCB, loaders, Poclain Machines, EV machines, Backhoe Loaders, trucks, bulker, and all other associated machinery.
3. Coal Handling Services: The Group provides specialised coal handling services at ports, refineries, collieries, stockyards and customer locations. With modern equipment, experienced manpower and strong operational systems, Swastik manages unloading, loading, stacking, reclaiming and movement of coal and other bulk materials with a strong focus on safety, efficiency and turnaround time.
4. ⁠Internal Plant Material Handling: We also undertakes in-plant material handling operations under long-term arrangements and Fuel Supply Agreements (FSA). The company manages coal, raw materials and finished goods within plant premises using its own fleet of dumpers, loaders and associated machinery, ensuring uninterrupted material flow and enhanced plant productivity.
