From modest beginnings, he built the organisation step by step, focusing on reliability, quality and trust rather than scale alone.
Even today, his guidance shapes the Group’s culture and long-term vision. Known for his humility and grounded approach, he strongly believes that business success carries equal responsibility towards society, people and institutions.

Representing the second generation of leadership, Hitesh Bindal joined the Group at a young age and gradually assumed key responsibilities under his father’s mentorship. Over the years, he has played a critical role in modernising systems, strengthening governance and improving operational efficiency across the organisation.
He has also focused on adopting technology-led practices and expanding execution capabilities to ensure the Group remains competitive and future-ready. His leadership continues to guide Swastik Group towards sustainable growth while preserving the values and discipline that have defined the organisation for over five decades.
